Aleaea is non-processed and is rich in natural elements, electrolytes and trace minerals, like potassium and magnesium.A small amount of the natural mineral “Alae” (volcanic baked red clay) enriches the salt with iron-oxide, which makes for a great digestible form of dietary iron.
